Smarttek, a retail provider of portable hot water systems, had a traditional business model that relied heavily on in-store sales, with 90% of their revenue coming from offline sources. However, with the onset of COVID-19, retail sales were significantly impacted, and the company found itself struggling to stay afloat.

Our multi-faceted approach for Smarttek included a strong brand-driven content strategy and a paid ads campaign across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

 

We created a campaign to showcase Smarttek’s portable hot water systems, across all media assets.

 

Our strategy resulted in a significant increase in organic traffic to the website and improved search engine visibility.

 

The paid ads campaign generated over 3,000 clicks and a 3.5% click-through rate.

 

With website sales increasing from $6,000 per month to $35,000 per month, we helped Smarttek stay afloat during the COVID-19 lockdowns and drive significant revenue growth.
